I'm really glad
Today it’s all about going back to the basics. A quick drop in temps left me running for thermal fleece lined leggings and a fancy pants sweatshirt to shut out the chill.
Fancy pants sweatshirt: $10 on sale, marked down from $20, Target
Leggings: $9 TJ Maxx
Boots: $130 marked down from $400, Vince Camuto, picked up at TJ Maxx late fall ’13
Earrings: $5 sale bin at Target over a year ago. I was on a mad dash for something similar to these beauties by Marcia Moran
I bought the Vince boots on a whim when my old riding boots bit the dust. I just couldn’t believe the price. I had ogled them fall ’12, and waited a season to find them at a lower price. They are fantastic, and I highly recommend them over the classically overly “pinned” Tory Burch Bristol Boot.
The leggings are warm, but I wouldn’t buy another pair at TJ Maxx. They lose elasticity very easily, causing that awful baggy bottom thing after a full day of wear. Uck.
